Exec: MTS could pay 17 bln rbl in dividends for Jan–Jun

MOSCOW, Jun 27 (PRIME) -- Major Russian mobile operator could pay 17 billion rubles in dividends for January–June, Vice President for Finance, Investments and M&A Andrei Kamensky said on Thursday at an annual general meeting of shareholders.

“The total amount of dividends to be paid on 2018 results will amount to some 40 billion rubles. At that we continue to pay dividends twice a year, and the amount of dividends for the first half of 2019 is seen at 17 billion rubles,” Kamensky said.

“It will help us pay more than 57 billion rubles in 2019 on the whole.”
